First of all Liz is an amazing Doctor. Very Professional. Wonderful to work with. Jenn I wouldnt even bother working with her. She seems to struggle when it comes to being professional and moving on from mistakes. Every encounter Ive had with Jenn, shes quick to talk over you or cut you off and dismiss your concerns. For everything else.Id say good luck getting anyone to pick up the phone. Things are a little better when Liz is in the office, but when shes gone, you cant get anything done with them and it seems very chaotic. On top of that my insurance and bills have never been billed correctly! So check everything on that end of everything.

Liz will listen and explain the process in terms non-medical patients can understand. She has a personality that encourages openness and trustworthiness. Her professionalism is what all medical professionals should strive for. I have absolute confidence in her and her staff!

I visited this clinic for a primary care visit and was absolutely flabbergasted by the way it is run. I was not only double billed but I was also billed for a procedure that I never had. When I approached the biller and front office staff about the problem they said they would not correct the bill. I have contacted the Commissioner for Securities and Insurance and they are in the process of auditing this business. If you have visited this clinic, I highly recommend that you go through your bill with a fine toothed comb.

The best place for facials and face treatments in Helena! I have been a loyal customer for years, mostly seeing Amy. It's nice having a doctor in house in the event you need medication, etc. I feel better about my skin when leaving whereas other estheticians in town make you feel bad about your skin just to sell you products. The loyalty punchcard is a wonderful money saver in addition to their monthly/seasonal specials. Having a clear face doesn't have to cost an arm and a leg=)
