Prime Rentals

Nate likes to put families on the streets hes not a family friendly person And he used to run the gold rush in which he was terminated from for bad business. Do not recommend time rentals.

This is not a family friendly place to live. Nate is really good at harassing the tenets and making you feel unwelcome. He talks to people like they are stupid, very demeaning. I don't recommend renting from these people. As soon as I put in for my ESA pets they upped my rent saying the interest rates went up.. yeah ok.. my neighbors told me they upped her rent because she gave an early notice to move out so they had to find a way to penalize her. Scummy people running this management. Not to mention nate use to run gold rush management and was shut down so that should tell you a lot!

They are probably as good as itll get out here, responsive, reasonable , just a bit slow on getting things done but itl get done.

They were honestly good landlords until we moved out and they made up damages/uncleanliness issues when we moved out so they could keep most of our security deposit. I have always gotten my full security deposit back before this. They did not meet us for the move out inspection at the agreed upon date and time and we were in a U-haul leaving the state and could not reschedule the inspection...which they knew. I tried calling the office to talk about what they found in their "inspection" and they would not call me back.
