The synergy group was very active in showing the property for sale. They always kept me informed on what was happening. They would let me know ahead of time when they would be showing the property and if a problem came up they were there to assist in solving the issue. I met Philip previously and wanted the experience he offered to sell my house. I found the professional contact that his office offered to a person like myself who was inexperienced in the process of the sale of property I found it rewarding to have others who could guide me through the steps to complete my selling of the house. I certainly was rewarded by the the information I experienced from his guiding of the protocols necessary to complete the functions of realty.
