SERVPRO of Helena & Great Falls

We had flooding in our basement in the afternoon and after ID'ing the issue and getting repair services set up, we were recommended to call a company to check out and clean up where needed. And boy am I grateful I called ServPro. We were fortunate that Josh, Josh, Shawn and Mike were able to come within 30 minutes of our call and do amazing work cleaning up the mess, tearing out ruined flooring, offering to connect us with someone who can replace our flooring...and doing so as wonderfully friendly gentlemen. While I wouldn't wish a flooding situation on anyone - I would recommend them to anyone who encounters the same issues we faced or others covered as well. Thank you so much!!! My water pipe broke while I was not at home resulting in flooding in my basement and water damage to my kitchen. My insurance had me call Servpro. They had a team at my home within a couple of hours. Josh and Mike got to work moving furniture and setting up fans and dehumidifiers so the drying process could begin. A team came out each day until everything was dry. Sometimes they had to use creative problem-solving skills to get in troublesome spots. I was quite impressed. Every person who came to my home was professional, kind and respectful. They understood that this was my home they we're repairing, not just another job. I give a big thank you to each of the men who made this process much easier for me... Thank you Josh, Mike, Nathan, Shawn and another Josh. You all did a job that was above and beyond anyting that I anticipated. It is because of you that I will be using Servpro for the rebuilding process as well. I hope I never have this kind of damage to my home again, but if I do, I will not hesitate to use Servpro again.
