Dylan, who works at the gift shop in baggage claim at Glacier Park International Airport is awesome at providing very helpful advice about Glacier Park. He suggests several 1st trails to do for first timers and good restaurants to eat at in the area.

Dylan was so helpful. He gave us great advice on hikes to take in the park and information on how to get around the park. Its a great/convenient place to rent bear spray for a reasonable price. When we returned Dylan was genuinely interested in our trip. Very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!

This is a great store to rent Bear Spray when you get in or to get a gift on the way out of Kalispell. Dylan was INCREDIBLY helpful and knowledgeable about the gear and the area. Great store with even better service!

I was leaving Glacier out of FCA airport and I had forgotten about my new, unopened bottle of honey in my bag. TSA obviously wouldnt let me through with it and so I tried to get my luggage back from the main desk to put it in there. Unfortunately, they had said no and told me I could throw it away or donate it to them. So, I left with my honey and found a fedex drop off in front of the airport. I just needed a box and tape and the label. I went to the store inside, Glacier Outfitters, and asked Dylan if he knew any way I could send out my honey. Dylan went above and BEYOND my expectations. He quickly helped me find a unused box, lent me some tape, and was able to print out my shipping label. I had a pretty horrible day and he really was just so nice and so welcoming, he really turned my day around! He was extremely professional, polite, helpful, everything! I ended up buying from the store as a thank you too! Ill probably always go there now when Im at FCA just to support this store and this employee. I know its just honey but, like I said, when youre having a horrible day, little things like this are really big things for that person. Thank you again Dylan and you guys have amazing employees! Give this man a raise for being one hell of a human being!

Great shop in baggage claim at the airport in Kalispell. Super convenient to get bear spray before leaving the airport and has a drop box right outside their store for returning after hours. Super cute (and reasonably priced for an Airport) souvenirs, gifts and t-shirts too.
