Holiday Inn Express & Suites Kalispell, an IHG Hotel

We stayed here over the Easter weekend and were pleasantly surprised. They had Easter egg hunts for the kids and Easter themed breakfasts. You really do feel like you are staying with family when here. The staff was amazing. From the housekeepers to the pool cleaners, everyone did an amazing job. We will be staying here again.

Very clean and cozy hotel with great amenities and a top tier staff. Was kindly greeted by Meaghan, who helped me get checked in and gave me some info on the hotel. The lobby, hallways, and room were very clean. Not a single hair found anywhere in the room which is a HUGE plus for me. Ashley R. Was very kind and helpful when I approached with questions. The pool was warm and the hot tub nice and bubbly. Maintenance did do some periodic testing of the waters which was a bit of an inconvenience, but good to know they are diligent in keeping up with the levels. Breakfast was surprisingly yummy. My daughter and I loved the pancake machine, so neat to watch and the pancakes were tasty. Stayed in a queen suite which was super spacious and had a pullout couch bed, highly recommend if traveling with multiple kiddos. The staff hid candy filled eggs randomly around the building for the kids to find, such a great touch. Thank you so much to the staff working on 3/24 and 3/25. Y'all made this spring break experience unforgettable. We look forward to future stays.

This is my second time staying here. It was a great place to stay at. ALL THE EMPLOYEES were very nice. I saw the breakfast attendant giving some kids some extra love. That was awesome she made me smile too. Keep up the great work. And to the owner keep these employees they all seemed to LOVE their jobs and it showed.
