        Over charge for sewer and raises rent ever year $890.00 just for the lot rent that they want you to water, seed , spray for weeds trim their trees in you little lot and mow there grass . On top of that you get to watch drug deals going on in here all the time ... what a Great Place to live !

        After that place was bought out I immediately moved out. Purchased by a large corporation Haven park communities. They are just another black rock. Management sucks, the maintenance guy was not very smart. The find ways to charge more for everything. Paying for Water and sewer is astronomical. The rent has gone up and all these out of state asshole liberals are moving in which means more petty complaints, more restrictions and a quality of life that has dropped dramatically in a matter of months. Fuck medow Manor, fuck Haven park communities.
