The company I used to work for uses point s, and never had an issue, so I figured I'd go there instead of my usual shop. Had them mount and balance 4 wheels and tires, ($130) I was skeptical as soon as I saw the old school clamp on weights on my expensive/rare jdm wheels. Sure enough they have a nasty vibration. Tim refused to refund me, was very argumentative, and insisted that I bring the wheels/tires back in. He even had the audacity to tell me that they balanced them correctly the first time, essentially implying that I was lying. Tim says he's not implying that I'm lying, and then proceeds to imply I'm lying. I have multiple vehicles, Tim, the wheels sat in my shed for 3 weeks until I got the chance to install them. I'm not trying to write a novel here tim, but if you're going to continue refuting my claims I will. This guy is an a-hole, you can look at all the other one star reviews that mention him by name. There's always an excuse with this guy.
