I have to admit after reading the negative reviews of this place I was skeptical of going, I am very glad that I did go. I saw Dr Bailey for both of my shoulders which have been in bad shape for 17 years or more. At first the front desk staff seemed little standoffish, I realized after a while she was just quite busy and a bit flustered. I got in earlier than my scheduled time, X-rays were immediately taken that confirmed severe damage from prior trauma as well as a lot of arthritis. When Dr Bailey came in he showed me and explain to me exactly what was going on with both shoulders. Replacement of the left shoulder was mentioned which I quickly declined due to other issues. We decided that injections would be the best way to proceed at this point, I've had injections in the one shoulder before that hurts so bad tears streamed down my face as the doctor hit the bone with the needle at one point previously. Dr Bailey put two little X's in ink on my shoulder, numbed it with some spray and I had relief almost instantly due to the lidocaine that is in the injection. I have not had this kind of relief in so many years, I wish I had gone to Dr Bailey a very very long time ago. I highly recommend this place!!!

I had an MRI done and the doctor could not read the results. I now have a bill to pay for absolutely zero health care received. I was told that the doctor would call, that never happened. I was offered another cortisone shot that doesnt work and some physical therapy that doesnt work. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone. I did try to make a payment for this botched procedure only to be told to call another number. Called that number only to be told the computer could not match my information. Seems the call center is as worthless as the clinic. If zero was an option for this clinic I would have given that.

I Love Dr. Percer and her staff. Front desk is so friendly. I would give 5 stars except everytime I call I am on hold for at least 15-20 min before anyone picks up the phone! That is rediculous.
