Kalispell OB/GYN at The Falls

I came in to establish care and have my IUD removed - I tend to have a lot of anxiety surrounding the gynecologist but I will say that Kaycee McIntosh was wonderful at explaining my options and making me feel comfortable. I felt like everything that I needed to talk about was listened to closely and heard. For the first time ever, I think that I will not be dreading these appointments so much in the future!

I think there should ALWAYS be an OB physician on the premise when a mother; especially an exhausted one (labored two days) with large babydelivers. I have second guessed everything a million times but it doesnt bring Juniper back. -a heart broken grandmother.

Ive been going to Kalispell OB for years and have a great relationship with my doctor, however I will be switching clinics. I feel like it is such an inconvenience for me to call and try to get in touch with my doctor every time. The receptionist is so incredibly unwelcoming and rude! I believe in customer service:)

This 4-star is for Dr. Huff. And Dr. Huff only. Just fyi. I've had my fair share of ob/GYN care thru the years. At 32 with multiple kiddos and poor genetics unfortunately, this- left me with broken baby production parts after I was done using them. So, I've had quite a few over the years, I have loved from my former city and upon moving to Kalispell, I shockingly struggled to find a professional, competent and progressive Doctor. Years of attempted appointments with different practices, including this one: Dr. Jonas was COMPLETELY unprofessional and narcissistic/gas lighting during my hospital stay. Dr. K- Nelson, was COMPLETELY dismissive. Fortunately, Dr. Huff was on-call for an emergency ovarian cyst rupture, I was thrilled to be heard and just validated. So, prior to this past month and meeting Dr.Huff, I would've given this place a 0/5 and never recommended anyone attend this practice. But, Dr. Huff is a rare gem. If I'm honest- I've heard TONS of horror stories of this practice- I truly feel like Dr. Huff could do better than being with these associates HOWEVER- I would give her 5 stars as a surgeon and doctor. She, has my utmost respect and recommendation from here on out.

I had been coming here for years but got tired of waiting an hour or more for every single appointment. Also, Dr. Jonas is very western medicine. Instead of checking my hormone levels, she put me on birth control. Synthetic progestins were the last thing my body needed. Ive spent the last 3 years trying to rebalance my body after that. Ive discovered natural progesterone and my periods are now unbelievably (!) pain-free. Birth control pills are way over-prescribed and can really mess up a womans health. The book Period Repair Manual has been a game-changer for me. I wish I had known this information years ago. Doctors should read it.
