This people are honest, heartful, and supportive. Thank you Cold Smoke Automotive. They did wonderful services to keep me and my loved ones safe. The shop and it's people seem to care an incredible amount, compared to what I'm used to. 100% recommend and will be back!

Brought my car in to these folks and told them I needed my manifolds tightened because my truck sounded like crap. Even though they put new manifolds on 9 months prior they proceeded to charge me while also replacing and charging me for new lug nuts on my truck which I never asked for. Upon picking my truck up i drove 75 miles and my truck dumped its oil tank. They busted a turbo oil line while tightening my manifolds. I got towed to the neared mechanic and he showed me a wad of oil soaked paper towels shoved against my turbo. He was surprised I didnt go up in flames. Once I towed my truck back to coldsm*ke they denied having paper towels when I could see a stack sitting in the garage. Once they repaired the line to the turbo, the plastic front wheel wells were missing and the mechanic claimed thats how it came from the factory. The lady behind the desk is an absolute space cadet and always makes you call to get any sort of information. I highly recommend finding a different mechanic in town.
