    Do yourself a favor and go with fed-ex. This store is disorganized, employees are untrained, and the manager is absent. Any issue will be rerouted to corporate, who will tell you to go back to the store, and so on. No customer service, huge waste of time.

    Horrible experience. They didn't put a label on a box and it came back to an old label on the box. Then Susanne blamed me cause I didn't know which of the 6 boxes it was on the receipt so they could look it up. I thought I was doing the right thing so they wouldn't have to pay for the stuff in the box but I was informed that it was my fault and they didn't say sorry for not putting label on the box. However, multiple staff informed for me that the label was removed so I do not know if this is a common occurrence in this store for the staff to know this information. The manager Tim needs to figure out if staff, the drivers or customers who have access to packages in the front of the store are tampering with the labels. The staff could not admit that they made a mistake and Susanne informed me it was getting shipped for free even though the shipping was already paid for so it's not free!! If it was free they would have refunded the money and then shipped it for free. I would give it zero stars for horrible customer service if I could. Apparently in this store the customer is not correct.

Hello Ben,We are sorry to hear that you had a bad experience at the store. Looking into your shippment it appears it was sent USPS First Class International. We have spoke with you multiple times on how these shipments work and that we are limited in our ability to push anything through with USPS. This would explain why our corporate office was unable to help and rerouted you back to the store. Revisitng the security footage it was clear you were on and off the phone about the address and how to ship the mail. Once again, this could not have been shipped unless the address and mode of transportaion was confirmed and signed off on by the customer. We are still monitoring the package along with the Post Master. Please call the store if you have any quesitons. 406-222-4971

Hello,We apologize for your experience at the store. Upon looking into this matter the package in question did have a label come off in the Billings facility. This is why you recieved the package back. Unfortunately, labels do come off packages on converyor belts and general handling. We revisited the security footage and there was no removal of the label inside the store or by the driver. If the label was not put on this package or had been removed the tracking associated with it would not have been scanned in Billings. It seems there was a miscommunication between parties on what had happened and what was happening with said package. We will reach out on our next business day and rectify the issue.
