        Would be better if they had a place to get away from the angry, shoppers and screaming kid, his mom had no idea how to get this kid to stop screaming. I was hoping for a throat punch, but wouldve settled for a small amount of effort from anyone with a backbone. Unfortunately we received neither so we all shopped to the smooth sounds of a tiny, less cool, low rent, irritating rendition of a blue whale call.

        Homeless people nearby. Had to get a code to simply use restroom. And, they had no cold brew - the whole reason I came in. 10:30 on a Monday morning, and no cold brew made?
