When bringing my Tahoe in I had only came in for the one fix but had to last min. add checking another issue. Not only were they able to give me an accurate estimate on the first issue. They had also found time to also check my second issue. I didn't have the money to pay for the second issue to be fixed at the time but knowing it was good enough for me. Tldr, Worked with me, Accurate estimate, and amazing service.

We bought a used car and took it in for an evaluation. We were given a quote of all the repairs that the vehicle needed. It's an old car so we knew there would be quite a bit. At the time of the evaluation, we were told the brake pads had less than 2mm on them. Three months later we were in a position to get some of the work done. We dropped it off for some work, which included the front brake pads and rotors. They did the other work, but called to say that the brakes were a bigger project and they would have to create a new estimate and schedule for another day. When I got the new estimate a few days later, it was twice as much and was estimated to take 4 hours. We decided to take it to another local place that was recommended by many friends. The new place told us we had 3-6mm on our pads still. We had them do the replacement and it only took them 2 hours and cost less than half of what Peak quoted us. We don't plan on going back to Peak. A number of repair people I spoke to felt that the estimate was overblown.
