        This has been the worst storage experience I've ever had. Not only is nobody ever in the office, the phone number for the complex is never answered and no return calls. I had to call American Express to dispute my charges because I never could get a call back or find anybody in the physical office to cancel my unit after going by there 10+ times. To make matters even funnier, I actually just got a call for them for additional payment after my voicemails haven't been returned in 2 months and my unit has been vacated since that time. THESE PEOPLE ARE INCOMPETENT CROOKS STAY AWAY!!!!

        EXCELLENT customer service. Seems like they have ALWAYS gone out of their way! Ryan at the west end location deserves a pat on the back (and a raise) for going the extra mile! Reasonable prices, respectful treatment and great part of Billings :) Thanks again for today Ryan - you really went the extra mile AND it is a saturday - I would highly recommend this storage to anyone who ask
