        Welcome to Sidneys ghetto everyone. The only apartment complex in Sidney where youre gonna be paying at least $700 a month for an apartment that isnt worth anymore than $500 a month. Landlords dont care about you only your money and if you try to have them fix anything expect either at least a months wait or youll get cussed out by the town mayor (Rick Norby). If youre smart you will stay FAR away from this apartment complex and the corrupt people running it like the mayor (Rick Norby).
