        George in the equipment rental department is not someone who should hold a customer service/customer-facing position. In one breath he wants to blame the customer for a faulty piece of equipment. In the next breath he's saying how he's taking a piece of equipment out of service "because it always comes back like this." Well, what is it George? Do customers break it or does the equipment suck? Not only that, if you're a FEMALE renting faulty equipment and bringing it back, he'll say it's broken and you messed up because "you're a woman." When I told him I wasn't going to pay for 5 minutes of use on a broken piece of machinery, he said, "typical woman." I will NEVER be back to this store. George is a salty, misogynistic POS who should be fired. I have NEVER had anyone in a customer service position treat a customer/me so poorly. Disgusting. GO TO ACE!!
