Not a great product and the tasting is a rip-off ($30) and in tiny plastic thimble looking cups. They don't tell you there is a cost for the tasting either when I asked, as they hide the sign behind the door (the door covers the pricing when left open). Lady working there also had an attitude like I was an inconvenience during the tasting. Plenty of better products for much less. Which is to bad, as I like to support small businesses when they deserve it. Response to the owner: I was served by your wife and that is how she served me (in the plastic cups). I also bought a bottle of your single barrel bourbon whiskey, with was an $87 bottle. Your wife then proceeded to tell me I owed her $117, when she added the $30 tasting charge.

Live in Lincoln, NE. Grew up in SW NE near Arapahoe so we stop there when we visit home. Had the chance to travel to Louisville, KY recently. Tasted many many bourbons. Not one was better than Ryan's triple stack bourbon. All the way home, I was thinking, "do I remember that taste?". I did, and it was better. Ryan also has the best Brandy. Yup, tried a lot of that too in Louisville. Came home to better! Ryan, keep up the great work!

Award winning distiller with an incredible knack for extracting the subtleties from native and regional grains and fruits. Incredible brandies, bourbons, and whiskies. Awesome and informative tour. This is a must-stop if you appreciate fine spirits. If you know and love the chokecherry, their Eau De Vie chokecherry brandy cannot be missed - I guarantee you have never fully experienced the incredible character of this tiny fruit.

I have visited over 25 distilleries across the country and this is the smallest and by far the coolest distillery I've ever been to. Ryan showed me around, shared his craft, gave me some samples, and answered my questions. He has an amazing variety of products (I bought the bourbon and the kirschwasser) and he was so low key and friendly it was a great visit. If you've always wanted to visit a craft distillery to see what it's like, start here. I highly recommend both the visit and the liquor. Very much worth it!

Great tasting room. Lots to choose from. May be relatively new but lots of tastey choice.
