Felicé Bridal is where I finally found my dress. It's safe to say I am picky.... after going to quite a few dress shops in Denver everything was starting to look the same. We went to Felicé and had a really nice experience, Robin (the owner) met with my mom and I for private appointment and we had the whole store to ourselves. Robin's store used to be based out of Cherry Creek and her taste is impeccable. I found an off the rack dress that was truly one of a kind. The help didn't stop there, Robin put me in touch with her seamstress (a true magician, who flawlessly took my dress from size 10 to a 0 and made more adjustments to really make it me) and the dress turned out absolutely amazing. Robin continuously checked in and even special ordered a veil that was my absolute dream. She is prompt and professional and truly cares about the happiness of the bride. Colorado Springs is worth the drive for this store and for the one-on-one experience you will get. Really thank you Robin from the bottom of my heart, not everyone is the wedding industry is like you!

Robin was so incredibly helpful in finding my dream dress. I requested a dress by Watters that she did not have in stock but was able to get it in time for my appointment. She went above and beyond any other bridal shop Ive been to and helped me find my perfect dress.

Robin at Felice Bridal was an absolute dream to work with!! Her shop is amazing and I loved the one on one service. She listened to what I wanted and gave great advice. My dress was PERFECT and I am so so glad I shopped with Robin at Felice!

My friend had made an appointment here to look at wedding dresses. It seems nice because of giving an exclusive dress shopping experience as it's appointment only. We arrived right on time and we did have a decent group with us (6 people)....not uncommon for people to take their friends with them to wedding dress shop, especially when the bride has no family in town. Robin - was not remotely friendly. She seemed annoyed that she was even there. Ironic, since it's literally appointment only and she seems to be the one booking. She was also making passive aggressive comments to us like, "if your coffee spills, it will literally ruin everything" as we were sitting in the middle of the room not near any gowns, and "this is a big group" in a short tone to the point where I asked her if that was not okay? It's pretty simple, if you don't want people to bring coffee then tell the bride on the phone, and if you don't want over a certain amount of people, also tell them on the phone whilst making the appointment. I'm sure it would've been a lovely experience but the attitude and lack of any warmth coming from Robin made me cringe. She managed to force a smile or two but if you're selling gowns that have 4 digit price tags then maybe don't make it so obvious that you actually don't like people.
