        I'd give zero stars if possible, granted they gave me most my money back but I asked 3x on the phone about pets and they said they were ok. Then checked in double checked about my dogs. They said they were fine. I moved all my stuff upstairs to the second floor for an hour then the check in, clerk came up after I moved everything in and told me there were no pets allowed and wanted 100 deposit for them. Long story short I got most my money back but the rooms are completely garbage, I woke up sick and the rooms are full of mold

        Booked a room for 2 nights March 15-17. Booked, paid and reserved on February 23. Today, March 7 I get a message my reservation was cancelled because they really didn't have any rooms available. They thought they did but turns out they don't. What??!! How does that happen. Not happy and will not chose them again.

      Sir, you are completely at fault, after asking you several times during check in if you have a pet, you denied it, there is a big sign that there are no pets allowed, yet you still snuck in your pet then you got caught, and no one else in town would give you a room either, so please stop make false accusations.
