Domino's Pizza

Looked like my pizza was thrown on the ground an stomped on. Called to talk to a manager an “Liz” was very rude told me I was lying my number wasn’t in the system. She was unprofessional talked to me extremely disrespectful. Poor customer service poor management obviously. Highly would not recommend unless U want to be disappointed.

Called to order a pizza a man put me on hold I stayed on hold for 26 minutes waiting for them to answer I was already out because I was going to pick up the pizza I called to order so I jus drove over an walked in a man walked to the door an said were closing early tonight no more orders . I said I’ve been on hold waiting for you to answer after u put me on hold waiting to order a pizza he then said that’s not possible I then showed him my call log an he responded “ well what do you want me to do about it we’re closing early tonight anyway” I then said whose your manager so I can let them know an he responded himself. If this is how they treat customers I would go on to say the management is horrible. They obviously don’t care about business or customer service. Won’t be back again.

They’re never open. They were the only place that would deliver late and now they are closed every time I call.

If you want your order and wishes to be disrespected, or to feel as if you’re not important. Then come here. This place is garbage. The food is inconsistent. The workers have awful attitudes toward the customer and life in general. Wouldn’t even recommend this place for an animal. They do not care. Vincennes Dominoes on 6th Street needs replaced. So do all of the workers. Lack of common sense is becoming such a trend. It’s sad we live around people with such ignorance and lack of respect.

Awful. Pizza was burnt. Called an was put on hold for 38 minutes. Told them they burnt my pizza woman replied “ well what do you expect me to do about it”. HORRRRRRRIBLEEEEE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Will post picture of burnt pizza. Gross
