Brent Village Apartments

Muna is a great, respectful, helpful wonderful lady. She helped me in every which way I needed help. regards to the other lady that I came to for help was not as helpful as Muna was. Muna was so nice very nice to my children very very respectful. I just cant say enough about her. She was very very good and I think if I was her boss, and if you see this, she needs some type of raise or some type of compliment, because this lady here was beyond help!! She smiled whenever maybe she didnt want to because my kids were going every which way they didnt need to go lol she played the type of music. They asked her to play. She gave them candy but all in all she helped me out when I needed it the most whenever the other lady thats working there I do not know her name and I would not put it on here just threw me the mouse and told me to click here click there click care click there whenever on the other hand, Muna came around and help me in any situation that I was needing help in and I want to say thank you Muna if you see this and I hope your boss sees this, so you can be moved up to the highest of the management possible Because you are the greatest help and receptionist anybody can ask for in a job. I have just moved in and it has been great so far. Hannah in the office is awesome and very helpful. I had a few minor things that needed done and maintenance was here and fixed it immediately and they were very courteous and helpful. It looks like the complex is undergoing alot of renovations. My apartment has new paint and carpet as well as new carpet in the hallways. So far so good.

Hannah made me feel welcome the moment she answered the phone. It was my first call when looking for a new apartment. I looked no further. If I have any issues, I feel that she will do her best to take care it. This apartment is remodeled in a tasteful black and white. With a nice floor plan. And clean. Im hoping for a good first year at Brent Village.
