        For a first apartment, this is great!! Summit by Broadmoor is the best apartments you could live in. The staff and maintenance are friendly, efficient, and respond very quickly to your needs. Clean, soundproof, and fantastic upkeep on the grounds. I literally have no complaints about living here. Check this place out!

        Being a geographic bachelor working as a contractor for the government, I have lived in apartments for the last five years. From Hawaii, to Florida, to Maryland; the team at the Summit by Broadmoor has been the best I have experienced. They took the time to treat me as a person, not a tenant, I felt more like family than a renter! The complex is well-kept, a great workout room and pool, and close enough to Offutt AFB (10 minutes). I love the proximity to the great bike/running trails of Omaha (right out the back door). The best review is to tell you to visit the facility - you will not need to check anywhere else for a place in the Omaha area.
