Le May Elementary School

The school is great.  We have been fortunate to have three great teachers and staff so far.  The current principal is present and active at all events.  I don't remember a principal being part of the PTA in the past but maybe that's normal.  She is also seen in the morning during student drop off.  I have seen her sit at the front desk and she has answered the phone when I have called the school during the lunch hour.  There is a STEM program for the older kids and a music program with a concert for all grade levels at different times throughout the year.  The class sizes are decent for a public school.

This school is the worst school you could ever send your child to!! My son had special needs (so I was told) and was treated horrible. I was called to the school almost daily to pick him up because they didnt want to deal with him. I was forced to pull my son out of school and homeschool him just so he could learn! Recently I moved to a different state and he is a straight A student graduating his grade with awards. Shame on you for throwing my child aside like he was nothing. I hope this rating is seen to everyone!!

Went to school here from 1st to 6th grade. Great staff and a large diversity as it is on base property.
