Holiday Inn Express & Suites Bellevue (Omaha Area), an IHG Hotel

My stay was the best, the room was excellent, my grandkids had an awesome time in the pool, and the staff provided cookies and games, they loved it. I would like to say a special kudos to Lena and Scott, the front desk, their customer service was excellent. Lena made my family feel very welcomed, and she went above her job duties. I will definitely be coming back, and recommend this hotel for a very comfortable stay. Rooms: Very spacious and very clean. The room service ladies were very polite. Nearby activities: Hotel is centered right within walking distance to everything. Food & drinks: My grandkids love the cookies and games the hotel made accessible to them.

Just pulled my 6 year old daughter out of bed there and went home because I seen a bug on the counter by the microwave!! Not sure what kind - was dark and by the time I got the light on it was gone.. it was moving fast whatever it was because the light switch was basically right there.. Also chlorine levels so high it triggered my nieces asthma and my daughters asthma , my daughter was coughing so hard she vomited.. We were met with an argumentative and disrespectful front desk employee. Stated she wasnt maintenance and there was nothing she could do- which is understandable HOWEVER My mother in law was upset because she just watched 2 of her grand kids have a reaction and the lady raised her voice to my ELDERLY mother in law..Another boy that wasnt with us has his asthma flare up as well Oh ya, and this was a COMPED room because when we originally tried to have my daughters bday party there they shut down the pool basically right after check in because of the chemicals not being right! So we had to pack up the entire bday party and leave So problem after problem but bugs of any kind are a NO WAY NO HOW for me. Not only will I NEVER go to this hotel again(never actually stayed thank God) but I probably will never go to another Holiday Inn ever again. I will say, the GM Teanna seemed sincere and apologetic when we spoke 2 weeks ago regarding the blown bday party for my little girl. I will be reaching out to their corporate office on Monday morning.

Our reservation at a different motel was messed up when we got there at 9pm. I did a Google search for a place to stay near me. When I walked up to the front desk, I was greater with a smile, and it just got better than there. She listened to what we needed and made it happen.

We booked this hotel as the part of a Colorado team attending a girls softball tournament near by. The first the parking lot was clean and then we entered the hotel. The entire lobby area was under construction. This meant that breakfast took place in the conference room. All of the girls on the team were there with at least one of their parents. The team wanted to have a short meeting the night before the first games to discuss logistics. They lobby was not an option, so we went into the conference/breakfast room because it was open. We were having our meeting and a hotel employee came in and said that we couldn't be in the the room. We moved out of the room and finished our meeting in the hallway. Later, the coach recieved a call from the front ddesk saying that some of the girls were causing trouble. She texted the parents and everyones kids were with them. Later the front desk called an threatened to "Fine" the team $100 per person if the trouble making didn't stop. We talked the next day at the game and all of the parents were mystified. The coach met with the hotel manager and said that she would be happy to have the parents of the trouble making girls punish them. All she needed to know is what girls were the problem. The hotel could not provide descriptions, names, pictures, or video of the trouble makers. We were the only girls softball team in the hotel, but there were other teenage girls at the hotel. I suggest investing in more cameras, so the hotel staff can see and identify the actual trouble makers first hand. Needless to say, we will not be using this hotel again...
