completed a womens self defense course here. the instructor has decades of experience, and he explains beginner-level topics and techniques in an easy to understand way. hes very supportive and helped us to feel very informed. the support staff were equally as helpful. overall a great experience at a locally owned business.

Our kiddos have been going to AAMA for a little over a year. Mr. G and his instructors do a great job teaching discipline and self-confidence while keeping it fun. Classes are twice a week, 30 minutes for our youngest and 45 minutes for our oldest. There is plenty of variety in the activities, and our oldest has loved learning to use nunchukas and her fan. Best of all, Kung Fu has made our kids better overall athletes, which has turned into greater success in their other extra curriculars.

My son and I both take lessons at AAMA. If you are looking to improve your fitness, self-confidence or increase your self-defense skills, this is the place to be. The instructors are all great, and the owner, Mr. G. is extremely knowledgeable. Would give it 10 stars if I could.
