IPHO#1 The Noodle House

Ordered their bun bo hue, pho with tripe and meatballs, boba, and egg rolls. Egg rolls were labeled as being wrapped with rice paper on the menu, but it came served to us wrapped in egg roll wrapping which was problematic with us as we had some gluten intolerance at our table. There seemed to be some communication issues as the waitress didn't seem to understand us, but we just let it go. The bun bo hue was good. I loved the giant chunk of pork hock. It was "melt in your mouth fatty" and so good. The boba wasn't cooked all the way so it was not soft and chewy, but the actual drink itself tasted fine. The pho broth was good. Not too fatty, but had a good flavor. I do think the $5 charge was a bit much to charge for the extra addition of tripe, but I was willing to pay it for my daughter. I think if you're a pho lover, this place will not disappoint. I also want to thank the establishment for holding on to my wallet that I accidentally left behind. I called them the next day when I realized it was missing and got it back with no problem. Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs if needed.

Yummy pho! The broth was really rich. Bun Bo hue was not as red as Im used to but the flavor was good. Banh mi was good too and wish the bread was fresher because it was a little bit stale.
