        Everyone is very nice, had my vehicle serviced & they did a free point inspection & washed my car when the were done!

        We are driving to our wedding from Minnesota to Colorado. Our truck began to have mechanical issues Sunday night. We spent the night in our truck waiting for the dealer to open the next morning. We walked in right at opening to the service side. I am not sure what the guys name was who helped us. He had poor customer service and a huge lack of empathy for our situation. I understand places are busy and at the end of day you need to run a business. However to see how positive their reviews were online they must not have interacted with the service man. We were left stranded at broken bow with zero help. There was no attempt of helping us except for the words in two weeks we can get you in.

        They took my vehicle in to access what was wrong with it and in less than 2 hours, called and was ready. The guys at the desk were nice and were professional. The lady at the counter to check me out was absolutely a joy to talk to. Will be doing business there again!

        I would not buy a used car here. I know there are buy as is, but you would think they would have a customer's safety part of the equation.
