After reading all the bad reviews I was hesitant about contacting them but I still decided to try to have them come take a look at my clogged sink. They originally told me they would be there Friday or Monday. Then I spoke with them Monday and they were "on their way" just for me to find out they never fixed anything when I got home. I understand if they can't get to it right away I just don't like how they did not communicate correctly and informed me to give me another date to when they would actually stop by. I ended up calling Drain Surgeon and they got to it right away. So if your needing the job done sooner than later I would recommend trying someone else in town.

They have been to my house 3 times for a leak under my sink. The leak hasnt been fixed and now my sink wont drain at all. I wish I wouldve read all of these horrible reviews before letting the do any work in my house.
