My area of town loses electrical power on a regular basis, often several times a week. I lost power twice today. This usually happens during times when there no obvious reasons such as inclement weather. There is clearly a systemic problem that is not been addressed. Furthermore losing power while watching the last 10 seconds of the Game of Thrones Season 5 finale is unacceptable.
