Id love to give 5 stars! In the 3 1/2 years Ive been using this company, I havent had any issues. Suddenly, I believe there must be a new person working my route, because there are clearly two plastic spaces to return our cans to. Thats where we put them, its intentional, so it doesnt make bald spots in the yard. This is pretty common sense, to put the cans where it cant kill the lawn. Suddenly, its too much of a hassle to get the can the extra 5 feet to the plastic pad. Once or twice? Once in a while? Not even an issue! We are all human! Every gd Monday? Come on! Thats laziness! And you dont care where either! The first time it happened, they were left smack dab in the middle of my driveway! At night when I leave, Im looking for runners/walkers in the dark, not trash cans! Now I have a scratched trunk! Its becoming infuriating!

Christmas and New Years both fell on Tuesday this year and I have Tuesday only pickup. They never notified me of an alternate pickup day for Christmas and when I called to see if they were picking up on New Years they said they would. I put my trash out Monday evening and on Wednesday it was still there. They did finally pick it up on Friday because I left it on the curb all week but no one returned my call asking if they would pick it up on Friday. Bills have been late in the past, they raised the price without notification and there is no option to pay bills online.

We've been with this company for 3 months and every time I try to call I have to leave a voicemail. That wouldn't be a problem if they would call back. But they NEVER do. I've left a voicemail twice a week for 3 weeks just to pay my bill which was due 3 weeks ago. I'm going to be charged a late fee because they don't know how to use their phones
