I lived at Sundance from August 2023-March 2024. Apartments are brand spanking new and well appointed. Management is attentive and awesome overall. Maintenance is likewise awesome. There is a pool table and other amenities in the clubhouse, and a fairly well-equipped gym as well for residents to use. I had a great experience here and only moved out because I bought a house. Definitely recommend!

Valentina and Chris made me feel welcome the moment I walked in the clubhouse in search of a townhouse. They listened to exactly what I was looking for and found the perfect unit for me. After moving in, I had a couple small maintenance requests, which Austin, the facilities manager, handled promptly. So far. Ive been impressed! Everyone has been extremely accommodating and responsive.

Amazing experience! Awesome Sundance Staff! I relocated to Omaha from Texas and I had to find an apartment online. I came across Sundance and from their website I knew I wanted Sundance to be my new home. Chris and Christine are wonderful. I had never been to Nebraska before and Chris was great at answering my questions and explaining more about the apartment community, the views from the different buildings, the surrounding area, the neighborhood, etc. The morning I arrived at Sundance it was great to see the community in person and to meet the Sundance staff (Chris, Christine, and Valentina) that made the process easy and seamless. I met the maintenance team (Austin and Luis) and the guys are great. Beautiful apartment community and I love my new home!

I recently moved to Elkhorn, NE from Texas. My experience with Sundance has been excellent. The office staff has always welcomed me with enthusiasm, warm smiles, and consideration. I have always felt as though each Sundance employee is genuinely interested shaping the safest and most comfortable living experience for me at the community. The maintenance staff is by far the best I've ever encountered while living in multifamily housing. They are extremely professional, responsive, safe, validating and respectful. The community is quiet, clean, upscale, and very safe.
