        Although Marquis isnt available for our situation, after contacting over 14 different facilities Im so relieved to have been in touch with Tracy. She is the only person who actually took time out of her crazy day to give me advice and helped point me in the right direction to find a facility that will fit our needs knowing we will not be able to utilize her facility/staff. She went above and beyond to help me on top of the wealth of knowledge she provided me, things to look for, and questions to ask. If shes willing to do that for someone who isnt living in this facility, I can only imagine how well she advocates for the people who do!

        Beautiful physical space and most staff caring and attentive. Some concern for brusqueness is an aide swiftly giving several medication pills by mouth to a sleeping and helpless patient. She choked a bit on them. I expressed my concern to other staff and had a nurse check my friend as I was leaving my visit.
