        Came in for an alignment, was first quoted 3 times the price for an alignment at a comparable shop. When I ask him to explain why they charge 3 times the average cost for an alignment, the front desk guy got defensive and told me to leave. Its very rare to see this type of unprofessionalism in a service industry, but based off what Im seeing in the reviews this is normal for Havers to overcharge and perform subpar service.

        Bud and Abby are so helpful and friendly. We had an issue starting our Honda CRZ in the negative temperatures, and they got right to the heart of the matter, even researching possibilities, and got us back on the road promptly and affordably. We will definitely have both of our vehicles serviced at Haver's Gretna, and we feel fortunate to have them to take care of our automotive maintenance and repair needs.
