I would give 0 stars if that were possible! Rude and unprofessional staff at their 1 and only location in Grand Island unfortunately. They refuse to let you speak to a manager when you call them out on something. If you do get to speak to a manager it is one from a department that has nothing to do with what you are wanting to accomplish and they would rather refuse to let you open a new account then apologize when they are wrong. Good job Pinnacle Bank, you lost a 38 year customer and atleast 5 others are discussing following. I leave this review here only since this is corporate headquarters.

I know and refer Ann Gilinski. She is professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable of her profession. She is always prompt and consistent. She does her best to give her customers what is in their best interests!
