I went in with a problem with my PC not connecting to my monitor. Turned out nothing was wrong when they tested it, but they guy gave me a trick to get it to work at home. I tried the trick and it worked!! Very pleased with my experience.

I thought I had a huge problem with my computer. Walked in and Austin had it taken care of in about 5 seconds. He also did some maintenance for me and installed a new antivirus program. Ill be back with any future problems!

Hey folks, ECU Tech (Derek) came through for me in a BIG. I got a lot of years behind me meaning I am old and most certainly NOT tech savvy. My new computer came up with Bitlocker. What the @#$& is that? Walked into the store, in less than a minute Derek started working off my limited information, short story the following day I am back up and running. Derek had no hesitation and fixed me up. Highly recommend these guys for all your needs. I have had an account with them for several years where they monitor my devices. Go see them for all your computer needs

I was very pleased with ECS's expertise and especially with their quick response to all of my needs: ordering a part, keeping me updated when a download took longer than expected and then knowing how to remove a virus that showed up on my laptop. They wouldn't even accept payment for removing the virus. Where else can you find service like that today? I trust and recommend them.
