Integrity Family Dentistry, Jeremy C. Segrist, DDS

We had made an appointment a few weeks ago for today but on Friday we lost my cousin unexpectedly and her funeral was today. As they arent open over the weekend I called as soon as they opened this morning to reschedule. The lady who answered basically was like sorry it will be months before we can get you back in and made it feel like we were not welcome back at all. Wouldnt let us reschedule and said she would look at her openings and get back to us (her tone said differently). She was so rude and I work in healthcare as a nurse and would never make someone feel bad about having to reschedule because they lost their family member. Im so sorry my cousin took her own life and that wasnt pencilled in our books to schedule our cleanings around that we had to call you to get a new appointment. Next time a family member is thinking about it Ill make sure to ask them if they could rearrange their schedule so it doesnt interfere with my dentist appointment because god forbid theyre remotely understanding. Would NOT recommend this place and will be spreading the word on how absolutely rude she was. Plenty of places to go in Elkhorn and would never give this place a penny of my business. My recommendation for this place is to get a new secretary. If this was my husbands secretary at his business Id have fired her in a heartbeat if she ever treated a customer this way.

Dr. Segrist is very good! He's fast & I hardly ever feel it when he numbs my mouth. He explains everything he does and he works with what you can afford to do. He never pushes for extra or the more expensive options. I've been going to him for over 10 years. I won't go to anyone else.

Huge shout out to Dr. Segrist and team! I needed to find a new dentist as my dentist of many years retired. I was so fortunate to find Integrity Family Dentistry. From scheduling my appointment to having a full exam, this team was amazing! They were kind, sincere and thorough. I would highly recommend this dental office! So glad I connected with you!

Best dental place I have been too. Friendly and no pain! Right before the Covid shut everything down my tooth cracked. I had called several places even my original dentist shut me out and wouldn't not fix it because they were to busy before being shut down. Integrity Family Dentisty squeezed me in even though I was not a regular patient. I appreciated it so much and tooth pain is the worst!
