        The rice was undercooked. The beans had sat there so long they were dried out & he was going to serve them.

        Great location, congested parking lot. I’ve ordered from this location multiple times and have gotten mixed results. Sometimes, they don’t have mobile order turned on. Other times, they don’t deliver or are closed entirely. Today, I ordered a pickup at 12:07pm CST for a 12:20pm CST confirmed pickup. The order wasn’t ready until 12:47pm CST, even though there were always at least 5-8 people waiting for mobile orders & those who ordered at the counter didn’t have lines or have to wait long. Wasn’t a great experience overall, since I ended up missing work for longer than anticipated.

        They were busy but got thru line fast. Small portions and cashier wasn't very personable. They had my favorite pop but it was out, so I ask if someone could change it. Waited & waited, so I ask again & I offered to get something else. The cashier just turned her back said stuff to her co- worker & was bobbing her head with attitude but offered me no answer. I work at Hy-vee where Customer Service is #1. And I get it, it was busy but still, I doubt anyone will read this but I would NOT recommend this location.
