Pink Tuesday's Pet Salon

This was Rileys first time at Pink Tuesdays Pet Salon!!! Were so happy, Jodi was able to do an express appointment as he has severe kennel anxiety. I even had to reschedule at the last minute and she was able to get me in the next day!! Riley has never been so soft after a grooming, and smells so good!!!

Very unhappy with the service I got charged a handling fee due to an altercation with another animal even though the owner acknowledged it was her fault and to make matters worse my dog was terrified after leaving the groomer even threw up in the car which he has never done before they claim it was my dogs fault because he is sensitive towards other dogs even though they knew that from the previous grooming but still fail to take responsibility

Very disappointed. Took our Goldens there 3 times - shame on me. First was wonderful. Second time - one of them got razor burns on her ears, they tired telling me it was a yeast infection and I needed to take her to the vet. Not an infection - burns! Decided to try again - so wrong. Same dog came home with burns again. I was so mad, I called to talk about it and the person I spoke with was rude, said not from them because they didn't trim her, that I didn't pay for it. Well after several minutes going round and round I just said, cancel their next appointment and we won't be back. They were so unprofessional. Sad way to run a business.

We have been supporting this business since Melissa arrived, and were glad to follow her there! She has taken care of our dog Spike for nearly 15 years. She is the best groomer around. We thank Pink Tuesday for being a great place to harness Melissa's creativity.
