        Michael (the plumber who came to my house) was professional, courteous, and honest. He could easily have taken actions that would have driven up a bill, but proved unnecessary and instead did a thorough evaluation of the situation and determined that more "invasive" actions were not necessary right now. I appreciated his professional advice and his actions today have earned me as a future, repeat customer.
