        After living there 3 years, our experience started positively and slowly degraded throughout our stay. On multiple occasions our maintenance requests and communication with the front office was tested and 3/4 of the time nothing was done. There was nearly no communication from them about anything, all around it is not properly ran or managed.

        After having air conditioning difficulties, we called our emergency maintenance and Dan came right away and fixed it. Felix is also an amazing help!
