In my career, I engage with others in a friendly manner, communicate with purpose, and strive to be professional and courteous. The Nebraska Mediation Center was a huge disappointment. In a time of uncertainty for families and difficult situations, I’ve found myself correcting staff members for not having their facts in line, among other problems. For mediation being a big part of the court process, I would expect a much higher level of care from this establishment.

If I could give 0 stars I would! 2nd time doing mediation with them and this was significantly worse than the first. The first time the mediator changed what I said this second time the mediator stated, without even discussing what the other party wanted, that we didn’t agree and let the other party leave without even trying any type of negotiations. Waste of time and money!!!
