It's a mess that the company is closing the Fremont Nebraska store location... Lori and your other two employees did everything they could for the area... Lady at the counter was super helpful. When I was busy trying to do what I needed to do to get the service, she asked if it was ok to help the others in line so they wouldn't be held up. Very polite and friendly. Their customers were also friendly! Got my bill down from $256.00 to $30.00 for a year, then to $60 - how wonderful is that!!!

This is no doubt the worst internet provider I had. The amount of times the internet goes out is crazy seeing that it advertisers its self that it has the best internet. Don't recommend at all.

Customer service is terrible. You have to Sit on hold longer than anyone even speaks to you for.. dont wast your money or energy. There are many more reasonable service providers in our area and keep in mind even if you think you got a good price those are some egregiously misleading contracts. Also if you have any issues at all they will not help you, you will end up being your own service tech. Please dont waste your hard earned money on this company, I promise you there are other options in your area that will cost less and provide better services.
