        Our RV broke down between Scottsbluff and Rapid City and Russells transmission in Scottsbluff said they could fix our RV so we got it towed and they began working on it the next day. The staff was very helpful at Russels and also informative on what they were ordering. I was very thankful that we were able to have our RV repaired in a town, you could say small town, where the owner was present and accessible. Once again, great service from Russels transmission.
