Amur

This company is a joke. I brought a trailer through Amur only to get to the very end of the contract to find out that Amur puts a lien on my company and make me pay an extra 100 dollars to get my title. I partnered with a factoring company to factor all my loads and was told that I cant because Amur has a lien against my company and has to be approved by them. I never missed a payment and I only have five payments left on the contract. I spoke to customer service to try to pay off the trailer but was never sent the paperwork to do so. All I was told that it could take weeks before they could allow me to. How can a company make money to pay bills if I have to get approved by Amur to do so. I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.

My customer service experience with Amur had been very unsatisfactory until I spoke to Julie Cortum Friday May 5,2023. I had been calling the entire week trying to get simple questions answered and it seemed as though Customer Service was not empathetic of my situation. It was almost like I was a stranger on my own account. I purchase a Commercial vehicle in 2020 and recently experienced a total loss from an accident and needed clarification. Julie gave me the answers I needed to put my mind at ease. Thank you, Julie, for great customer service!

Incredible. We missed ONE monthly payment and they are already threatening repossession after telling them countless times we are working on getting them their payment. Weve had it bad for the last 60 days. Do yourselves a favor and go to UMPQUA instead they are very nice and incredibly understanding.
