        I went there last night to get a few outfits, wanting something new. I just felt uncomfortable the whole time. They made it feel like I was stealing when I was just looking around trying to find clothes to try on so I can buy.

        This is a warning to anyone looking to apply at the Grand Island NE location. First I would just like to say that I worked for Maurices in another town not very long ago and worked with an amazing team of ladies at the store. However, this company and this store specifically, is not a good place to work for. They have no care for their employees. I respect a customer first mentality but NOT when it comes at the expense of their employees. I have seen girls yelled at, called names, and had attitude thrown at them all day. But if an employee does anything other than shut up and take the abuse they are reprimanded or worse fired. Ive experienced it. Ive seen it. And Ive heard way too many stories about it.
