        Bellbrook has been a great place to live. The units are clean and well maintained, it is in a quiet neighborhood, and the property group is very easy to work with and get ahold of if you have any questions or concerns. The property group, BHI, takes good care of their facilities and tenants. This past winter, they were out first thing to start plowing and shoveling the snow. They had a faster response time than any other apartment I've lived in. I would highly recommend Bellbrook or any of BHI's other properties.

        The ground maintenance crew for snow removal is outstanding! Clear driveways, clear doorways, clear path to mailbox and sidewalks. What a pleasure not to have any effort on my part to shovel snow in the frigid winder weather.
