        Service was good! My chicken burrito had a lot of sauce but not a lot of chicken, beans, or anything else. Beef burrito was better. Dietary restrictions: I can not eat lettuce, and there was not any in my food. Loved that!

        Long story short they took 25minutes to get us food at a taco bell drive thru. Staff was rude as can be. Our food wasn't wrapped up and they literally stole from us, the amount of ingredients was a big middle finger to us apparently. My 6 year old couldn't even eat a cheesy roll up because there was barely any cheese! Way to be CHEAP Gretna taco bell! The franchise owner should be ashamed of themselves. Good thing there's plenty of other locations that don't suck as bad as this one. Wow! So bad! DONT GO!

        Worst Taco Bell Ive ever been to! I called to get my money back because it was that bad we didnt even touch the food. Soaked in grease and broken hard shells and looked like it was literally 2 days old. I called and manager said to call general manager and now the phone is always busy when I call. I swear a 5 year old could make better than what I got.
