I absolutely love the way I am treated by everyone I interact with at this establishment! They are committed to communicating with you individually, showing that they actual care about you as a client. I have had the pleasure to be working with Emily, she is amazing! She had taken the time to cater to the needs of my household, while finding the best rate possible for me. She continuously keeps me informed with any changes or offers I may have missed. I have saved a ton of money on my car insurance since working with this agency. Highly recommend them!

Great personal service! They send hand written thank you cards and congratulations cards. Sent me one recently for my engagement! Honestly prior to being with Kirk's agency I was shopping around every 3-6 months but they have done such a great job with customer service and going the extra mile with personal touches that I haven't even thought about shopping around. Been with them 3+ years and am still a happy client!

I got into a collision a couple days before Christmas (a Wednesday) and they got everything going that following Monday. After the holiday. My Jeep was fixed up real quick.
