Vala's Pumpkin Patch & Apple Orchard

This place is rude whenever possible and has instituted VERY senseless rules that lack perspective. You can no longer take your kids on rides on the family rides where adults have to pedal anyway. Save your $, avoid this overpriced tourist trap. There is literally 0 diversity with staff . All good ol boys who dont have very good sense unfortunately.

Prices are way to high for a place that can't even clean and update the the different sites and locations. Massive visable damage on practically everything entertainment related (especially imtge ones that are a few years old and older).

I've been going to Vala's for over 31 years and always have a blast no matter how many changes or additions are made to the experience I've read other reviews citing an upsell on only the newest Souvenir Cups but on this year's visit,i was able to refill my 2021 Souvenir Cup for free thanks to the fine folks at Farmer Jack's Pretzel Shack My favorite part of Vala's has always been the Animatronic Attractions and i noticed a handful not working properly or at all. I decided to reach out via Email to let them know and recieved a detailed professional response from their Attractions team stating these repairs are a priority going into next year and the obstacles that make them difficult to maintain. That's how you do customer service! I went by myself using discounted tickets via a work event and met up with a group later on,so i didn't have to spend much to enjoy myself When it came time for our group bonfire,i had a little trouble finding our Space. I think it'd be a big help to add a section on the Maps specifically for that. All in all,the tradition continues and I'll be back next year!
